🎨 Creative & Crafty

We love getting our hands busy and trying our hand at new skills. We’ve had a fantastic time experimenting with paper flower crafts—creating beautiful arrangements to take home—and letting our artistic sides out with pottery painting. It’s amazing how therapeutic an hour or two of crafting with a cup of tea can be!

🪩 Theme Nights & Birthday Celebrations

We don't mind letting our hair down and having a laugh! We stepped back in time for a fabulous 60s theme night, full of vintage tunes and nostalgia, and kept the energy going with our lively 80s party. It was all about dressing up, classic moves, and enjoying great music together.

💃 Belly Dancing

Our belly dancing session was an absolute highlight—getting everyone moving, laughing, and stepping completely outside our comfort zones! It was a fantastic, joy-filled way to shake off stress and try a totally new way to move together.

💬 Community, Games & Guest Speakers

We’ve had the chance to share some really inspiring evenings together. Wayne Griffiths, a Velindre Ambassador, gave a moving talk on the vital work happening at Velindre, and the Benzone Development Foundation brought us all together for a Move. Think. Connect. session—full of interactive games that got us thinking, laughing, and connecting on a deeper level.

Our mosaic workshop was all about taking a moment to relax and get creative. From choosing colors to fitting every small piece into place, everyone brought their own style to the table—and the final creations were stunning!
