Women’s Mind Health UK CIC

Launching Women’s Mind Health Day – 1 May 2026

Championing women’s mind health and wellbeing across the UK.

Why Women’s Mind Health Matters

Women’s Mind Health UK CIC exists to give every woman a space to be heard, supported, and understood.

We champion women’s mind health by addressing the emotional, social, and everyday pressures women experience — from invisible labour to caregiving, trauma, and the constant expectation to “cope.”

Our mission is connection, not isolation.

Women’s Mind Health — The Reality

  • Championing Women’s Mind Health

We raise awareness of the unique pressures affecting women’s mind health and lead the movement for Women’s Mind Health Day — launching 1 May 2026.

  • Understanding Women’s Real Experiences

Every woman carries pressures that aren’t always seen — emotional load, caregiving, mental strain, trauma, or the expectation to “cope.” We create spaces where women can be honest, not perfect.

  • Supporting Women Through Connection

Women thrive in community, not isolation. We help women feel less alone through shared experiences, peer support, and compassionate conversations.
